The first time when the customer send the artwork to us and asked for making hand sample before make production mold.
After the customer see the hand mold sample, approve it and confirm to make production mold.
Customer want to make some changes and have zoom meeting to confirm the details, we reply to customer and revise the sample as per customer’s demand quickly.
We sent some production samples to customer for approval before full production, and in production we take picture and video to customer so let customer know how his order is going on. Final full order completed we contact forwarder arrange shipment.
